PENYIMPANAN REAGEN

1. TUJUAN :

Menyimpan berbagai macam reagen tepat pada tempatnya, sesuai sifat yang dimiliki reagen tersebut ( asam kuat, basa kuat, asam lemah dan basa lemah) supaya reagen tidak mudah rusak dan dapat di gunakan berulang-ulang.

2. RUANG LINGKUP

Setelah melakukan pratikum, reagen harus di simpan sesuai pada tempatnya.

3. DEFINISI

Penyimpanan bahan reagensia adalah suatu tindakan menyimpan bahan reagensia sesuai dengan sifat reagen masing-masing, keadalam suatu wadah atau tempat yang memiliki kriteria dimana , apabila reagen tersebut di simpan di dalamnya, reagen tersebut awet dan efek yang di timbulkan.Reagen tersebut tidak menimbulkan gejala-gejala negatif, baik di dalam laboratorium maupun diluar laboratorium.

·         Botol gelas berwarna gelap : Botol ini di gunakan untuk menyimpan

reagen yang mudah rusak bila terkena paparan sinar matahari langsung. Warna

botol yang gelap di tujukan untuk menghalangi sinar matahari kontak langsung

dengan reagen. Contoh H₂SO₄, NaOH

·         Botol gelas transparan : Botol ini di gunakan untuk menyimpan

reagen yang berwarna dan tidak mudah rusak bila terkena paparan sinar matahari

langsung.

·         Almari Asam : Almari yang di gunakan untuk menyimpan reagen asam yang mempunyai sifat kuat dan korosif.

·         Almari Basa : Almari yang di gunakan untuk menyimpan reagen basa yang mempunyai sifat kuat dan korosif.

·         Kotak logam tahan api : Kotak ini di gunakan untuk menyimpan reagen yang mudah terbakar, misalnya asam asetat, methanol, ethanol, ether

berasal dari sintesa CO₂ dan H₂O ..

Bagian terpenting dari makhluk hidup .. Jika di hidrolisis akan terurai menjadi asam amino..

3.       Lemak

Adl zat yang sukar larut dala air tetapi larut dalam pelarut organik seperti alkohol ,bensol  ,eter ..

4.       Hormon

5.       Enzim

Biokatalisator yang mempercepat suatu reaksi .

6.       Vitamin

Suatu zat organik yang diperlukan untuk pengaturan beberapa proses  dalam tubuh atau mencegah penyakit .

7.       Kolesterol

Senyawa yang termasuk ipida atau lemak yang berkomponen sterol atau alkohol 3 bdehirasi 5,6 kolesin . rumus C₂₇H₂O_{6 .}

8.       Toksikasi

Adalah zat yang mempunyai kemampuan yang bersifat racun .

KARBOHIDRAT

                                Adalah sumber energi  (makanan )bagi  organisme .

                Karbohidrat dibagi menjadi :

a.       Monosakarida

Merupakan bentuk karbohidrat sederhana , yang termasuk monosakarida :

§  Biosa

§  Triosa

§  Tetrosa

§  Pentosa (C₂H₁₂O₆)

b.      Oligosakarida

Merupakan senyaaw karbohidrat yang bila dihidrolisa akan menghasilkan beberapa senyawa monosakarida .

§  Disakarida

§  Tetrasakarida

§  Pentasakrida

§  Hexasakarida

c.       Polisakarida

adalah senyawa karbohidrat yang bila di hidrolisa akan menghjasilakan lebih dari 6 molekul monosakarida .

§  Bereduksi : pengurangan oksidasi

1) Listener : Heenim, woah! Oppa looks even more handsome than before! (You) look younger now, as compared to how mature you look during debut.. ^^ keke Do it your way, will always stay beside oppa, fighting!
Heechul : I’m always very stubborn since young, (I) don’t like the words of others, and will always place my thoughts/thinking the first choice, this kind of stubbornness made me feel carefree.
2) Heechul : Upon reaching district office, District Leader and PD said to me, “You worked very hard, very good. Plus it’s our permission to allow you to do this, thus you will win this.” They spoke up for me. But the environment here, a lot of things that you wish to do is constricted, and are under surveillance, no matter what thank you.
3) Listener : SungDong News is also the last episode~ Heenim’s awkwardness of reading the News, today is exceptionally natural and smooth, to think that it’s the last one, (I) can’t help but to feel disappointed…
Heechul : Even though I will not be reading it in the future, however other people will still continue this segment.
4) Listener : What is this~ It is the last broadcast?! There’s a lot that (I) want to say, but it is better not to say it, I only wish to say this is too regretful, and its been hard on you. Because of heenim, because of all the editors and staffs, these few months had been very happy. Although (I) will not be seeing heenim during broadcast anymore, but I wish that you will complete your army service healthily.
Heechul : In the end you still say out the things you wished to say.. hehe ^^ Thank you.
5) Listener : Thank you. But I can’t help but to feel sad each time the radio is ending, I’m very happy that my comment is being read out each time. As there is Kim Heechul, so I feel blessed. 11) Heechul : This is what i feel thankful to my fans.. My fans are all very cool. The handling of every situation is very well handled. Previously when hosting a radio with a guest, he keeps worrying that “What if your fans attack me?” I told him it will not happen, my fans will talk about me instead. In the end when the radio ended, he let out a sigh, “Your fans are really different.”.
